Replaced `events.FILE_{BEFORE,AFTER}_RELOAD` with `events.BUFFER_{BEFORE,AFTER}_REPLACE_TEXT`.

This allows more features to save/restore state when buffer contents are replaced (e.g. file
reload, filter through, etc.)
